TREC's Silver Anniversary

The Real Estate Council kicked off 2015 marking its 25th year with its annual membership meeting last week featuring a look back at TREC's history. From humble beginnings of giving brokers a voice in politics to being the catalyst behind the Klyde Warren deckpark, TREC's impact continues to strengthen, says its president, Linda McMahon (right, with Gables Residential CEO Sue Ansel and Compatriot Capital CEO Paul Rowsey III).

The good folks who dined with our Bisnow reporter. Rosemont Realty’s Kirby White (seated far right) tells us that he and Natasha Khan (standing) closed out 2014 with more than 230k SF leased in their North Texas portfolio. Kirby says Rosemont’s greatest focus in 2015 is 9400 NCX, which is in the midst of a lobby renovation following the completion of a new conference center. Kirby says they have seen increased activity at 9400 NCX already and have the largest and most attractive block of space in Rosemont’s Dallas portfolio with crown signage offered for a larger tenant.
