Trammell Crow & USAA JV for FAA Deal

A JV between Trammell Crow Co and USAA Real Estate Co landed a 20-year build-to-suit lease for the FAAs southwest region HQ in Alliance Park in Fort Worth. Designed by Gensler, the 357k SF, six-story building will begin construction in September with a targeted completion in October 2015. Manhattan Construction Co will serve as the GC; and other team members include B & A Consulting Engineers, Haynes WhaleyAssociates, Mycoskie Mcinnis Associates, Pacheco Koch, and Weidlinger Associates. GSA was represented in-house by Nancy Lopez and Studleys Kelly Winn. TCCs Washington, DC, and DFW offices are involved in the project.
