Hours ago in Manhattan,550 joined us for the 4th AnnualBisnowNew York Multifamily Summit. Developers and financiers acclaimed the prospects for apartments and condos: rents going up, prices going up, and condos all over the region going up. Oh... as long as interest rates don't go up.(And now drink sizes can go up, too--after Mayor Bloomberg's over-16 oz ban was overturned yesterday.)
