The 16k SF 8th floor at Brookhollow Riverside, 2505 N. Hwy 360 in Grand Prairie, will have new faces waving from those windows come May: Western Rim Property Services just inked a deal in the Class A building, located eight miles from DFW Airport. SCM Real Estate Services’ Theron Bryant (who repped ownership) says it’s been improved with new Kone high speed elevators and a new HVAC system; plus, he adds, numerous amenities and DFW-proximity make it a great for Western Rim’s new corporate office. SCM signed nine new leases recently, increasing occupancy to 90% and has been the exclusive management and leasing team at the property since '06. Dowd Commercial’s Bill Dowd repped the tenant.
