After tying for the top spot in the Parmenter Realty Partners’ and Cousins Properties’ “Drive, Chip and Putt Your Way to The Masters” event, JLL VP  Alan Wood and CBRE SVP Baron Aldrine(flanked by Cousins Bill Brokaw, Mark Dickenson, and Matt Schendle) played an 18-hole match at the TPC Las Colinas  for a trip to the 2010 Masters. Alan said making the play-off was pure luck, though we know the six-handicap enjoys playing at Las Colinas Country Club about once a month. At other times, you'll find him running: his three daughters compete in cross-country.

In the end, Baron won the trip to Augusta. (Note: that's not the green jacket he's wearing.) By day, he provides advisory and transaction services to emerging  and large clients. The event that started the ball rolling was an indoor golf skills competition at Parmenter Realty Partners' owned Park Central 7, 8 and 9. Handling the property’s leasing, Cousins hosted the event to familiarize area brokers with available space in the recently renovated office complex at LBJ  and North Central Expressway. At press time, we don't have the specs, but we hear the seventh floor kitchen has a fierce dogleg left.
