Sundance Square Tops Off Two Projects

At any Sundance Square topping out, it's tie optional, hardhat required. The most recent ones:The Commerce (83k SF at 420 Commerce St) and The Westbrook(93k SF at 425 Houston St), with reps from the Beck Group, the Projects Group, and Sundance Square. Exterior walls start going up in the next 30 days, and completion is slated for October. Construction begins this month on the permanent, multi-purpose stage at the base of the Westbrook. The steel structure of the clock tower will be added by early March. Don't forget to bring a bucket of Silly Putty to rub on the giant comic strip surrounding the construction.
