Stream Realty Announces The Tower at Cityplace

Stream Realty SVP Jeff Schweitzer and office managing director Sarah Erickson are touting the advantages of The Tower at Cityplace, with the added promise of amazing things to come. Jeff tells us that 200k SF of space is becoming available by June, which is the largest block of Class-A space in the area. The property sits on 10 acres, on which is being planned a hotel, a residential/retail complex, and an additional office development. The 42-story tower features seven sunlit, five-story atriums, a 35k SF fitness facility, 35k SF of conference space, and 15k SF on the top floor reserved for special events. There's room for 3,900 cars in the underground garage (one of the largest in the region) and covered access to the Red, Blue, and Orange DART rail lines and the McKinney Avenue trolley (the only Dallas property to offer this).
