The Retail Connection renewed its 29k SF lease at 2525 McKinnon. Transwestern's Kim Brooks  and Fletcher Cordell repped the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors; TRC's Steve Zimmerman repped his own firm. Kim tells us Steve helped navigate a lot of moving parts. The Retail Connection has more than 200 retail and restaurant clients and manages more than 20 million  SF of shopping space.
