His methodology?Teams based in cities with higher office vacancies have won the Lombardi trophy 58% of the time since JLL started charting it. However, last year's winner didn't hold to the numbers when the New York Giants upset the New England Patriots. This year, the overall vacancy rate in San Francisco is at 11.8% compared to 15.5% in Baltimore. Personally, Roger says the stats favor Baltimore, thoughhe likes the 49ers' chances, too.
