PROPERTY VALUES STABILIZE

For the latter part of 2010, only multifamily achieved stabilization, according to the experts at Integra Realty Resources. The big news for Q4 is that all major property types are showing signs of stabilization in '11. Multifamily and office are leading the way, additional proof that the recovery is taking hold. Nationwide, the East Coast continues to demonstrate the strongest performance, while the West Coast displayed significant gains from the previous quarter.
