Paul Whitman Stepping Down at JLL; Jeff Staubach & David Carroll on Tap

After leading JLL’s South Central Region for almost eight years, Paul Whitman is exiting the day-to-day management role to focus exclusively on serving his clients’ real estate needs.

Jeff Staubach, who has led the Dallas tenant rep group for the past five years, will be named president, and David Carroll, who is currently the COO, will be named market director of the South Central Region.

Paul (center, between Jeff and David) says this has been a plan in the works for more than a year. The transition will begin immediately and be completed by January. Until then, Paul will continue to guide the region and work hand-in-hand with the new executive partnership.
