We snapped JLL’s 8343 Douglas Avenue  near the Dallas North Tollway, where it consolidated operations earlier this year, because inside, minds are working on a big opportunity: 282K SF at 2370 North Performance Dr. (formerly the Nortel D building) in Richardson. Talks are in the works with potential tenants, including one who would take the entire building, managing director Jim Yoder says. Overall, JLL manages or leases about 14M SF of office space with about 3M SF of that downtown, which includes Bryan Tower, 1700 Pacific, Harwood Center, and 603 Munger (formerly known as West End Marketplace).

A less elaborate holiday gathering at the company's HQ will also feature a Toys for Tots drive.
