New Storage Facility Opens Across From New Apartment Complex

A new high-end storage facility is opening up across from two new apartment complexes in northwest downtown.

Rosewood Property Co is building a four-story climate-controlled storage facility on the corner of Maple and Butler, across from two new apartment complexes where most of the units are under 1k SF. The project is aimed at customers in the medical district, Oak Lawn, and nearby Love Field, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Storage facilities are cropping up in most areas where rentals are being erected. One is under construction near downtown’s Farmers Market and another is planned for Oak Lawn, where two large rental communities just opened. [DMN]
