A cold call to a travel agent landed Colliers International EVP Daniel Rudd his easiest transaction ever, after just six months on the job. Upon arrival, he discovered her lease expired. She signed Daniel's authorization letter and with a little banter with the landlord, the lease amendment was inked within two weeks; the entire deal took about 30 days. "I thought wow, this is so easy! Little did I know this was the exception, not the rule!" Daniel tells us.
