The firm broke ground on Towne Square II, an 80K SF office building featuring small spec office suites for corporate tenants.

The development is Phase 2 of the Towne Square Place I office project. Eventually, two office buildings featured at the site will be connected by a walkway and greenbelt area.

Towne Square II is expected to open in the fall of 2021, offering 24 office suites in the 2K to 5K SF range.

The site is located off the Dallas Tollway, Highway 121 and Preston Road inside the Legacy Business Park at 8400 Belleview in Plano.

JLL’s Andrew Scudder is handling the leasing efforts, and Primera Cos. Inc. is handling property management.
