Montfort/Alpha Facelift

Cencor Realty Services finished the complete renovation of Montfort/Alpha Shopping Center, a mall-peripheral neighborhood center located at the northwest corner of Montfort Drive and Alpha Road (near Valley View Mall in Far North Dallas). The renovation created a new landmark tower and added a new fascia, which features all-new coordinated signage, awnings, and natural stone accents and columns. Cencor SVP Greg Colchin directed the project and says the tenants consider it a dramatic improvement, more modern and brighter.
Here's the "before" pic. The renovations are increasing customer traffic,” Greg tells us. Among the tenants are the Middle Eastern Restaurant, UK Beauty Supply, Soonja's Bakery, Jeannie's Chinese Restaurant, ACE Cash Express, Baja Insurance, SK Tailor, Jet Cleaners, and Alpha Nails. Cencor's Kathy Detrick  managed the construction process, and its Beth Connet is property manager. The exclusive leasing agent is Weitzman Group's Christopher Young.
