MEET OUR SPONSOR: NEAL RICHARDS GROUP

DFW?s heat wave goes beyond the soaring temps as CEO Derrick Evers says business is burning up for the Neal Richards Group. He tells us the Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas should be completed this month, which is way ahead of its November due date. The Dallas campus addition includes another 125k SF hospital and a 140k SF MOB. And they're going for the LEED Gold, making the center one of the first hospitals in Texas to achieve that distinction. The mission: to provide a first-class healthcare experience. What's next? Phase 3 of NRG?s Dallas project has recently been completed, and the firm broke ground on its $90M Frisco project. Keep an eye out for projects in San Antonio, Southlake, Fort Worth, and five other markets (TBD, of course). Visit the Neal Richards Group here.
