| CRE types (TREC, CREW Dallas, NTCAR, and NAIOP North Texas) hosted a Dallas mayoral forum on Tuesday at The Fairmont Hotel. Candidates on hand: CIC managing partner Mike Rawlings, Dallas City Councilman Ron Natinsky, former DPD police chief David Kunkle, and the The OKPA Co principal Edward Okpa. Each had a sentence to help ID their campaigns. David's: What we're doing needs to be done better. Rob?s: Economic development and jobs will provide the revenue to fund the city. Edward doesn't want to see any neighborhood left behind and is opposed to raising taxes, saying that we need to get more efficient. Mike says residents are over-taxed and underserved. Got all that?
