Why the iconic Masters outfits? It wasn't just to drink vodka-spiked iced tea and lemonade but as a marketing ploy. Mark tells us a mini-golf competition lured in about 50 tenant rep brokers who putted (while touring vacant space) in hopes of winning a trip to The Masters. It's all about creative marketing, he says.
