Master Planned HARWOOD District Gets New Office Tower

Real estate firm and developer Harwood International announced a new 22-story office tower will be joining the master planned district of HARWOOD. The 228,000 SF, Class-AA tower is at 2850 North Harwood and will feature over 12k SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The building also includes gardens, 20k SF of green roof terraces and 11k SF of boutique office space. This is the ninth development in the master planned community that spans an 18-city block district.
