Making Deals in Heels

Since 2008, this dynamic group of CRE women has been meeting, networking, and calling itself Deals in Heels. (We see some flats in there, ladies.)Founded by UCRs Karla Smith and Jenco Realtys Jennifer Reynolds, the group meets monthly to discuss industry updates and host retail-related presentations. On March 26, the meeting was hosted by Title Boxing Club director of real estate Jill Szymanski and featured Buxtons Stephen Polanski to discuss retailers, restaurants, healthcare organizations, and consumer packaged goods companies. Stephens take-away: help clients define customer profiles and determine maximum trade area potential for their clients.
