We caught a glimpse of how the hipsters hang in Uptown last week when we crashed the ULI North Texas 2013 New Years Kickoff Reception at the Kung Fu Saloon. We snapped Jacobs Engineering Travis Baxter, Stewart Titles Kate Alpert, and Pacheco Kochs Carol Andreani. Carol tells us hes working on a new FAA building in Fort Worth and the new Parkland in Dallas. His big personal news: he moved from the Dallas office to the Fort Worth office and over the holidays set up homebase for his family in the burbs in Keller.
