| On the heels of a concert Thursday at the House of Blues, Elizabeth Toon Charities volunteers organized the annual shootout Friday at the Dallas Gun Club. With our earplugs in place, we caught up with Cushman & Wakefield's Diana Dunlap, JLL's Larry Toon(organization founder), Dean Blaine, Cushman & Wakefield's C.L. Baskin and charities' ED Jessica Gates. Diana says the shootout had 42 teams and the concert had 900 attendees. The charity was founded in 2007 (raising $1M+ since inception for non-profits that support children and their families in need) in honor of Larry's daughter Elizabeth, who was killed by a hit-and-run driver in 2006 at age 22. |

In addition to shooting clays, Jack and his team also enjoy bagging great real estate deals. One involves Steve McCoy and Alan Harrington representing Compass Bank in the sale of its Preston Square building. Another recent deal was Greg Cannon and Curtis Parker repping the landlord in a 35k SF new lease for Brad's Factory Direct Bedding in Irving at 250 W. Airport Freeway. |
