Hanging with Vic Clark & Hunt Mortgage Group for the Holidays

Bisnow scored an invite Saturday night to hang with Hunt Mortgage Group managing director Vic Clark and president Rob Wrzosek at the Dallas World Aquarium. Between catching the Baylor game on a TV conveniently rolled in to hang out by the clown fish, we learned about one of Vic's latest deals: Hunt provided a $44M Fannie Mae fixed-rate loan to 925 Main (managed by Roland Stewart) to buy the 251-unit 925 Main Street in Grapevine.
