Grapevine Mixed-Use Coming Soon

Pack your bags and head to Grapevine: two new hotels open this fall as part of the Silver Lake Crossings lifestyle mixed-use development under construction. On 52 acres along SH 26 near its intersection with SH 121, the project will be anchored by a 301-roompair of Marriott hotels: Courtyard and Towneplace Suites. The Weitzman Group has been named exclusive agent to market pads site at the project with Blake Shipp, Matt Baisch, and Hank Wright handling the projects retail marketing. The project is also designed to include multifamily, office, and entertainment space with a total of 47k SF of restaurant space on seven restaurant pad sites, as well as a5,800 SF fuel/convenience center along SH 26.
