Houston-based Midway Companies' chairman/CEO  Brad Freels presents Dallas-based L&B Realty Advisors EVP David Gleeson with the firm's annual Moran Legacy Award, named for Midway's founder partner James Moran. L&B is a real estate investment advisor with  $3.5 billion under management. Since 1965, it's provided real estate investment management services to institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. David's firm is the pension fund and investment fund advisor. Both are equity partners in two partnerships that own most of Houston's CityCentre retail and office components. Community service and integrity earned David the award, Brad says.
