For Sylvan | Thirty, Good Things Come in Threes

Sylvan | Thirty finalized the contract with GC Spring Valley Construction Co and scored a $15M mezz construction loan just in time to get out the ceremonial shovels for todays groundbreaking. (Well have pics of dirt flying soon; stay tuned.) Canyon Capital Realty Advisors provided the loan to a partnership of Oaxaca Interests, led by Brent Jackson (pictured), and Wood Partners for the development of Sylvan | Thirty, which will feature 201 multifamily units and 49k SF of retail space on 6.34 acres at the intersection of I-30 and Sylvan Avenue. As GC, Spring Valley is doing the site improvements, parking structure, incubation retail space, multiple freestanding retail shell buildings, and the apartment units above the podium structure. Brent says the first retail building and initial phase of residential properties should be complete by years end.
