Flagship Capital Partners' Bridge To Entrepreneurs

Reagan Browning tells us the specialty finance company's central strategy is to provide creative bridge loans for entrepreneurial sponsors to acquire income-producing assets in the major Texas markets. Based in Houston, Flagship believes in the DFW Metroplex and opened its first satellite office there in 2011. Reagan says Flagship's typical loan size ranges from $2M and $10M. Over the last 18 months, the firm has completed north of $50M in bridge loan originations across multiple product types. The firm offers high-leverage, non-recourse bridge loans that allow sponsors to acquire a property while also improving it--bringing it up to market standard and increasing the value.  Sounds like a plan.
