Conifer Health Solutions Breaks Ground on 200k SF HQ in Frisco

Nothing says Dallas in spring like a ceremonial groundbreaking (forget the groundhog, we know winter's over when we see suits gettin' dirty).Conifer Health Solutions scheduled one for its new HQ and service center in the Duke Bridges Office Park at the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway in Frisco. Reps from the team that bring the project together participated in the event: Conifer, JLL, Duke Realty, Corgan, the City of Frisco, and the Frisco EDC. In 2012, Conifer expanded its national footprint to 9,000 employees across 40 states. The new four-story,200k SF BTS office building is being developed by Duke. Conifer plans to double its Frisco workforce to more than 1,100 employees, adding 500 new jobs. It plans to occupy the space in spring 2014;currently, it leases 100k SF in Hall Office Park.
