Bisnow’s fourth annual DFW Industrial Real Estate Summit on March 25 at the Hotel Palomar (register here) promises to be full of delightful deals and the industry’s top experts. Another big project started last month is the 225-acre Mercer Business Park at the northwest corner of IH 635 and IH 35E in the cities of Dallas and Farmers Branch. Developed by the Billingsley Co, construction started on a 340k SF spec distribution center in the eastern zone of the development, which should be available in October.
