Building on the success of its Downtown Carrollton public/private partnership, theCity of Carrollton is seeking a developerwith incredible vision to take on thebiggest ever TOD opportunityin DFW. The City and DART are soliciting master developer services for theTrinity Mills Transit Center, a26+ acre TODsite adjacent to the DART Green Line and the DCTA A-Train Station within the southeast quadrant of the intersection of PGBT I-190 and IH-35E.
