CBRE OKTOBERFEST

At the the urban retail redevelopment of Timber Creek Crossing, we found some Oktoberfest merriment late last month. Trammell Crow?s Denton Walker, JC Penneys? Shon Merryman, Dallas mayor Tom LeppertDeborah Kadane  and her husband, Dallas councilman Sheffie Kadane. Timber Creek is owned by Trammell Crow and located at Northwest Highway and Skillman. Construction has started on what will ultimately include Walmart, Sam's Club, JC Penneys, Bank of America, Whataburger, and Chick-fil-A. Whatever month they finish those food joints, we ask that they add the word "fest" to it and please invite us back. LoopNet shows Timber Creek Crossing (rendered above) has a 40k SF space available for a NNN lease at $44/SF and will be ready in June. The gross leasable area in the neighborhood center is 490k SF. CBRE's Jeff Kittleson and Scott Head are currently marketing the project, which still has a few retail  pad sites available. Total project cost was not disclosed.
