CARPE DIEM

About 25 anglers (most of them CRE types) navigated the Trinity River last month catching around two dozen fish, including this 24 lb spotted gar by Lee Goggin (who snapped at least one fishing pole trying to land this monster). Cushman & Wakefield exec director Mike Wyatt (in orange) came up with the aptly named Carpe Diem event five years ago, bringing the CRE brokerage community out to fish in the river as a fundraiser for Trinity Commons Foundation.
