Capital One Breaks Ground on Plano Office Building

Capital One broke ground on a four-story, 205,000 SF building, the seventh office building on its Plano campus. The facility, located at 8058 Dominion Pkwy, will house 1,000 to 1,200 employees and include training rooms, a cafeteria, collaboration spaces and a game room. Situated on a 75-acre campus with six existing office buildings, three parking garages and a conference center, the new building is slated for completion in Q1 2017. GFF Architects is the architect, and DPR Construction is the general contractor.
