Cadence McShane president Will Hodges (here with his awesome family at Big Sky Montana) is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company, one of the largest construction firms in the US and ranked among the top 100 design / builders in the nation. It recently moved to its new Dallas corporate HQ and has additional offices in Houston and Austin. Cadence has many years of experience in the office, healthcare, multifamily, senior living, and retail sectors. Its focus: developing strategic partnerships with customers and exceeding expectations. The company’s projects are very diverse in size and type, ranging from a 1.2M SF corporate campus for a large-technology client to the new performing arts high school in Houston.
