Mockingbird Towers To Showcase New Amenities And Give Away A Private Flight To A Lucky Tenant Rep Broker

Caddo and Avison Young are throwing a broker party for office tenant reps at Mockingbird Towers from 11:45am to 1:45pm on Thursday, May 12.

Office tenant rep brokers who attend (by invitation only) will be entered to win prizes, like a charter flight on a Cessna Citation. The prize fits with the party's theme, "Cleared for Takeoff," which is what Caddo believes will happen to leasing as potential tenants experience the new amenities. The project is on Mockingbird seven minutes from Love Field and 17 minutes from DFW Airport.

The party will showcase new amenities, which include a conference center, a building fitness center and a golf simulator.

Eligible office tenant reps should call Chuck Sellers, Dale Ray or Grant Sumner of Avison Young for an invitation to the event.
