And the TOBY Winner Is ...

BOMA Dallas honored its top buildings and employees at the BOMA Dallas awards dinner recently and the road to The Outstanding Building of the Year international accolade begins with the local award winners. (American Hustle is nominated for an Oscar, but clearly it's a movie about Dallas work ethic.) These local Dallas award winners enter the regional completion on March 29 in Fort Worth before going on to the TOBYs at BOMA's Every Building Conference in Orlando June 24. The winners, by category: suburban office park mid-rise: Tollway Plaza (suburban office park, mid-rise, pictured); Las Colinas Towers (250k to 499,999 SF); Premier Place (renovated building); Hunt Consolidated HQ (corporate facility); Energy Plaza (earth category); and Fountain Place (over 1M SF).
