KBS REIT II acquired the 400k SF Dallas Cowboys Distribution Facility. The state-of-the-art warehouse property serves as the distribution HQ for the Dallas Cowboys' global merchandising efforts. Completed in 2009 at 2500 Regent Blvd. in Irving, the site is one of the signature properties of the 500-acre master-planned DFW International Commerce Park. It is 100% occupied by companies that support Dallas Cowboys merchandising, including Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops, and Blue Star Graphics and Design. KBS-affiliated companies currently own 39 commercial office and industrial properties in the Texas, totaling more than 9.5M SF. (Soon we'll found out how many Romo bobble heads that equals.) CBRE's Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor represented the seller.
