Sterling Bay Lands Another Major Tenant In Fulton West

Sterling Bay landed another major tenant for its planned Fulton West development, which is only now beginning construction. Online job site Glassdoor signed a 65k SF lease at the building at 1330 W Fulton and will move in when Sterling Bay completes the build-out next year.

The footprint at Fulton West gives Glassdoor plenty of room for its Chicago hiring plans. Glassdoor aims to hire 250 employees here over the next three years, Crain's reports. Meanwhile, Glassdoor is calling 370 N Carpenter home. That building used to be Uber's Chicago HQ.

Glassdoor will join Skender Construction, which signed a 295k SF lease last November, and Sterling Bay as Fulton West tenants. With Fulton Market's office sector among the hottest in Chicago, Sterling Bay is pushing the market's supply boundaries further west. [Crain's]
