Shorenstein’s 1.3M SF River North Office Building Hits the Market

Shorenstein has put 350 West Mart Center aka 350 N Orleans St aka River North Point point up for sale. Located next to theMart, the former Apparel Center consists of two connected 15-story towers, which have seen significant upgrades. Approximately $70M was spent on floor-to-ceiling windows (part of office conversions), an upgraded lobby, a bike room and showers, Crain's Chicago Business reports. Shorenstein bought the property for $228M back in 2012, and the space could now reach $400M with prices around $300/SF. [CCB]
