Shapack Fulton Market Office Close to Alderman's OK

Shapack Partners' plan to build an 11-story office building at 213-223 N Peoria is closer to receiving the blessing of Ald. Walter Burnett (27th). Neighborhood residents haven't weighed in, but Shapack says it has the support of the West Central Association and West Loop Community Organization. The mid-rise tower would include ground level retail, a penthouse, green rooftop and patio and 56 parking spaces, according to DNAInfo.
