Shake Shack Coming To Addison & Clark

Baseball is entering hot stove season and the construction dust around Wrigley Field continues to rise. M&R Development and Bucksbaum Retail Properties landed two more marquee retail tenants to their ambitious mixed-use project across from the Friendly Confines.

Lucky Strike Entertainment and Shake Shack are coming to Addison & Clark. This will be Lucky Strike Lanes' second bowling alley in Chicago while the Addison & Clark Shake Shack will be the franchise's fourth Chicago store.

M&R and Bucksbaum broke ground on Addison & Clark in August. The $140M mixed-use TOD will feature 148 luxury apartments and 150k SF of retail. Lucky Strike and Shake Shack will join Mexican movie house chain Cinemex as part of the retail programming. Cinemex is opening a 10-screen movie theater under the CMX brand.
