One O'Hare Centre Sells for $83M

CBRE sold One O'Hare Centre to a JV of MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Crosby for $83M, proving that downtown doesn't have a monopoly on monster office sales.

The 12-story, 380k SF building at 6250 River Rd in Rosemont is currently 96% leased. The MDC/Crosby JV are new investors to the market, and were swayed by the building's access to O'Hare Airport, direct connections to all the major expressways, and proximity to CTA's Blue Line.

The $83M price tag would place One O'Hare Centre among the top 10 office deals in the Chicago market this year. Total office sales are still on pace to shatter the 2006 record of $5.3B.
