Demand for co-working space continues to grow and more companies are meeting that demand. The latest firm: Level Office, which bought a loft building in River North and will redevelop it into shared office space.

Level Office paid $5.2M for the five-story building at 420 W Huron and is already marketing it to prospective tenants, Crain's reports. This would be Level Office's fourth location; the firm runs offices in the West Loop and Loop.

Level Office founder Bill Bennett is aggressively expanding across the country. The firm has 10 locations already with plans to build another 40 by 2019. [Crain's]
