Illinois' Richest Man Signs What May Be Country's Most Expensive Lease Ever

Citadel founder/CEO Ken Griffin, Illinois' richest man, continues to send shock waves across New York's real estate landscape. Citadel signed NYC's most expensive lease ever at L&L Holdings' under-construction 425 Park Ave. Citadel is leasing 200k SF on the penthouse level for a reported $300k per SF.
