EN Engineering Signs Lease At 180 N LaSalle

Continuing a trend of companies maintaining offices in the CBD and suburbs, EN Engineering signed a long-term lease for 20k SF at 180 N LaSalle.

EN Engineering leases 84k SF in Warrenville and employs 440 workers. Sixty workers will relocate to the 38-story building, Crain's reports. More companies are employing a dual office strategy to attract and retain workers who want to work downtown, and keeping a suburban office for workers who don't want long commutes.
