Bisnow Exclusive: Another One Immigrates Downtown

Based in Evanston since its founding in 2006, SIM Partners has made the big move to the CBD with a 14,500 SF lease at 30 N LaSalle St (pictured). Savills Studley senior managing director Tiffany Winne, who repped SIM, tells us the move was spurred by SIM’s recent $8M Series A funding from River Cities Capital Funds and Jump Capital, and the firm plans to double its headcount to more than 100 employees over the next year (pulling from downtown’s top-tier talent). Tishman Speyer’s Vicki Noonan and Greg Tait repped ownership in the lease.
