The developers behind Wolf Point West are sticking with what's successful and changing plans for the next phase of the Wolf Point development project. The Chris Kennedy-Hines Interests JV announced the next building in the project will be all apartments.
With high demand for downtown apartment rentals and a record number of units in the pipeline, the JV decided to switch plans from a mixed-use multifamily and office building, Crain's reports.
The first renters at Wolf Point West began moving in in January. the 509-unit building is already 30% leased. Zoning for the second building allows a height of 750 feet, enough for a 60-story tower. Wolf Point Partners plans to break ground in Q1 2017. [Crain's]
