Wolf Point West Opening Next Week

One of the most anticipated downtown apartment towers is ready for its closeup. Wolf Point West, the 509-unit, $1B development from Chris Kennedy's Wolf Point Partners, is expected to open this month.

The Wolf Point project is one of four downtown developments that will change the face of the riverfront. Two more towers are planned and the development also features 100k SF of parkland and connects to the Riverwalk. It’s all being funded without TIFs or incentives.

The first renters will move in as early as Jan. 11, according to Curbed. The apartments will be among 8,000 expected to be delivered downtown in the next two years. Wolf Point owners include the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, Hines and Magellan Development Group. Magellan is also building Wanda Tower. [Curbed]
