LASER BLASTIN' DEALS

Grubb & Ellis' Jim Dugan and Elaine Battaglia are helping turn Valley Forge beautiful with their latest lease deal. The duo helped Sono Bello, a laser-assisted body contouring practice, lease 6,000 SF at the Valley Forge Office Center (specifically 656/676 E Swedesford Rd). Jackson Cross' John Morrissey brokered the deal for the tenant. Jim and Elaine (who should also have a song like Jack & Diane) also brokered Berman-Purdum in nearly 1,500 SF at the complex for its landlord, Keystone Property Group. CB's Mike Colgan brokered the deal for the tenant. These deals help the 146,700 SF complex get to 84% occupancy.
